VIN NEXUS CENTER – A HOLISTIC EDUCATION MODEL DESIGNED FOR CHILDREN WITH SPECIAL EDUCATIONAL NEEDS
- Vin Nexus Center was founded as a non-profit educational model invested and developed by Vingroup, with a mission to provide a safe, supportive, and dedicated learning environment for children with special educational needs. The school is committed to narrowing gaps in educational access and ensuring that every child has equitable opportunities to grow and reach their full potential. Vin Nexus Center aims to become a world class special education school for children aged 2–18 (including international students) with cognitive, behavioral, or learning challenges such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), learning disabilities (dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia), and other developmental difficulties, helping students build confidence, integrate successfully into their communities, enjoy a fulfilling life, and achieve steady, long-term developmental growth.
- Vin Nexus Center is developed based on leading international standards, ensuring that all educational and intervention programs are grounded in scientific evidence and current best practices. The school has established a strategic partnership with The New England Center for Children (NECC) – a globally recognized organization specializing in supporting children with autism and special educational needs – to strengthen professional capacity, continuously update advanced approaches, and provide the highest quality of care and learning for every child.
- The learning pathway at Vin Nexus Center is thoughtfully designed to support each child’s sustainable developmental journey – from early intervention and academic, social, and life-skills support to career guidance and preparation for future community integration. From the age of 16, students are introduced to career-readiness and vocational skills programs tailored to their strengths, empowering them to confidently transition into independent living.
- The first campus of Vin Nexus Center is expected to open in late 2026 at Vinhomes Ocean Park 3 (Hung Yen), with a total capacity of 300 students. Vin Nexus Center is not just a school, but a place where families find genuine peace of mind – a place where every child is truly understood, supported in the ways they need, and given meaningful opportunities for long-term growth.

VIN NEXUS CENTER ANNOUNCES STRATEGIC PARTNERSHIP WITH NECC TO ESTABLISH A LEADING INTERNATIONAL-STANDARD SPECIAL EDUCATION MODEL IN VIETNAM
- Vin Nexus Center is announcing a strategic partnership with The New England Center for Children (NECC), a global leader in education for children with autism and other developmental challenges, to advance its vision of developing a world-class special education institution for children aged 2–18 in Vietnam. Through this collaboration, Vin Nexus Center will align its program development, intervention models and operational systems with current best practices, ensuring that every component is grounded in scientific principles and international standards, as well as tailored to the diverse needs of its students.
- NECC will work alongside Vin Nexus Center in building its professional foundation across four key areas:
- STRATEGIC PLANNING REVIEW AND ALIGNMENT: NECC will provide a comprehensive review of Vin Nexus Center’s strategic plans, enabling both parties to solidify priority directions, refine and optimize core implementation roadmaps and maintain consistent coordination throughout the project.
- DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL-STANDARD CURRICULA AND INTEGRATED CLINICAL SUPPORT MODELS: Vin Nexus Center and NECC will co-develop an integrated, evidence-based education and intervention curriculum, incorporating Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy and academic instruction under the SMART-C framework. The system will include standardized assessment tools, model lesson plans and individualized IEPs tailored to each student.
- SPECIALIZED ENVIRONMENT & FACILITIES DESIGN CONSULTATION
NECC will support the consultation and review of Vin Nexus Center’s learning environment and facilities, ensuring that the school’s design thoughtfully and intentionally considers all elements such as lighting, color and spatial organization to align with children’s sensory and emotional needs. The school aims to be a space that ensures not only accessibility and safety but also calm, reduced sensory overload and positive behavioral support. The architectural design will be complemented by a full suite of specialized equipment and learning tools selected by expert consultants to meet the developmental needs of each child.
- SUPPORT FOR TECHNOLOGY & DATA SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT: Vin Nexus Center will adopt a digital data-tracking system such as the Autism Curriculum Encyclopedia (ACE) — or an equivalent platform — to monitor each student’s progress in detail. NECC will guide platform selection and configuration, development of reporting systems and staff training, and provide operational support during implementation.
Kristin Buchanan, representative of NECC GCC Consulting, affirmed:
“NECC GCC Consulting is honored to partner with Vingroup and provide strategic consultation for the development of the Vin Nexus Center special education project. We are committed to contributing our deep expertise to support the creation of high-quality special education services in Vietnam, aligned with the world’s leading international standards.”
With this strategic partnership, Vin Nexus Center will be built on a strong scientific foundation from the outset, with comprehensive professional support ensuring that its programs, intervention models, operations and technological systems meet internationally recognized standards.
