Company History
ChanceLight was founded based on the core belief that education can transform students’ lives. We have developed and refined our alternative and special education solutions to become the nation’s leading academic provider for disconnected and vulnerable students who need a different educational setting. Working with more than 19,000 clients and students each day across our programs nationwide, we create tailored educational strategies to address each child’s unique strengths and challenges.

ChanceLight Education:
Partnering with school districts and families as part of a continuum of services to intervene academically, behaviorally, and socially and help students catch up with their peers. Our instructional and behavioral practices ensure district goals are met and students achieve their individual accomplishments.
Ombudsman Educational Services:
Helping middle and high school students learn the skills they need to meet district requirements for promotion or graduation and transition successfully to life after high school. These programs are designed to help school districts improve graduation rates and decrease dropout rates.
Spectrum Center Schools and Programs:
Educating children and young adults with learning differences and special needs such as autism spectrum disorders and developmental, emotional , behavioral challenges or delays. Spectrum helps students who need individualized resources and support learn the skills needed for a successful, more independent future.
Atlantis Academy:
Providing a comprehensive education program for students with learning differences and various abilities in the state of Florida. Atlantis offers educational program models for students in grades K-12, L.I.F.E. Program for young adults and Atlantis Virtual Academy; offering hope and preparation for life in an engaging, innovative, and personalized learning environment.
ACE Learning Center:
Working with public schools and the community to help students who face academic and behavioral challenges get back on track. ACE programs effectively address classroom disruption, low academic achievement, grade retention, truancy, credit recovery and high school dropout rates.
