Company Overview
Cayman ABA is the first any only BHCOE-accredited ABA agency in the Caribbean, providing ABA interventions to children with autism spectrum disorders and other related developmental delays, ages 2-18. We have been open since 2017, and have been accredited by the BHCOE from our very first year.
Company History
Cayman ABA was founded in 2017, at a time when ABA services were only just emerging in the Caribbean, and when awareness about ASD and developmental delays was also just emerging. Today, we employ 25 full-time salaried staff, and serve 40 clients through a range of focused and comprehensive intervention approaches.

Benefits
BCBAs get 3 weeks paid vacation per year, plus an additional 2 weeks off at Christmas time. Additionally, all staff get 2 weeks paid sick time, and the ability to use personal days as needed. We contribute 50% to the employee's local health insurance policy, and after 9 months we contribute 5% of your monthly pay into a pension plan.
