Behavioral Innovations (BI) was founded in 2000 around a passion for helping children with autism. Since that time, BI has developed numerous center-based programs across multiple states and has become a premier choice for treatment. With a commitment to evidence-based interventions and behavioral supports, BI has changed the lives of children and families by delivering the finest Applied Behavior Analysis Therapy available for childhood intervention.
BI’s vision is a community in which all children achieve their full potential. The company strives to be trusted by clients, a valued partner in the community and creators of positive change. BI accomplishes its vision by providing client-centered, evidence-based behavioral therapy for children with autism in a nurturing learning environment.

Company History
Our story begins with our founders, Billy Edwards, Carla Edwards, and Lori Russo who met at the University of North Texas where they earned their Master’s Degrees in Behavior Analysis and following graduation became Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs). Their education, training, and passion for helping children and their families guided the vision to create DFW’s first office-based consultation services in the year 2000. Based on the needs of the community, in 2003 Behavioral Innovations (BI) expanded services to include a site-based treatment program. Since that time, BI has become one of the superior providers of ABA treatment services, currently serving communities throughout Texas and Oklahoma, in hopes to expand nationwide.
Notable Accomplishments / Recognition
We've been providing ABA services for more than 22 years and have been nationally recognized by two of the largest payors in providing great clinical care! BI has been awared the 2021 Clinical Excellence Awarded and 2022 Company of the Year by Shore Capital Partners. Our growth has been completely organic and led by BCBAs who ensure we continue to focus on providing quality services while expanding our services to communities in need. Behavioral Innovations has made the Inc. 5000 list of America's Fastest-Growing Private Companies (#1747 out of #5000)
