Autism Spectrum Mandate Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to supervise programs and RBTs for the purpose of providing services to individuals with autism. We welcome entry level BCBAs as well as those with experience.  We provide support and professional development so that we can provide exceptional services.   Autism Spectrum Mandate Services has been providing applied behavior services through insurance in homes since 2011 in the South New Jersey area. Requirements

This position requires 22 billable hours of direct services (75% direct and 25% via telehealth) provided each week plus 3 hours a week for providing training sessions to RBTs and parents.   It also includes a $1,000 monthly stipend for mileage, supplies, phone and professional development expenses. This employment position includes health, dental, vision and prescription insurance benefits, vacation and holiday pay and a retirement plan with a 3% match by the company.

 You must have a car and be willing to travel within Burlington, Camden, Gloucester, and/or Cumberland County. You must have the BCBA certification to apply.
