Position Summary:
The BCBA Clinical Supervisor Level 3 is an in-house leadership role responsible for managing a full caseload of clients while supervising line technicians within the clinic. This position is dedicated to maintaining the industry standard of 10-20% supervision, utilizing augmented supervision as needed to ensure the highest quality of care. The BCBA Clinical Supervisor Level 3 is integral to the daily operations of the clinic, providing direct supervision, mentorship, and guidance to line technicians, while ensuring compliance with treatment plans and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties:

• Client and Caseload Management:
  •  Manage a full caseload of clients, developing, implementing, and monitoring individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs.
  • Ensure the accurate and effective implementation of behavioral interventions through direct supervision of line technicians.
• In-Clinic Supervision:
  • Provide in-clinic supervision to line technicians, ensuring they have the support and guidance needed to deliver consistent and effective client care.
  • Maintain the industry standard of 10-20% supervision by overseeing daily activities, conducting regular supervision sessions, and utilizing augmented 
    supervision as necessary.
• Data Measurement and Analysis:
  • Establish, maintain, and review data measurement, collection, and analysis systems to monitor client progress and treatment effectiveness.
  • Regularly analyze data to inform adjustments to treatment plans, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients.
• Compliance and Documentation:
  • Ensure that all treatment plans, interventions, and programs comply with relevant regulations, insurance requirements, and professional standards.
  • Maintain organized, consistent, and thorough documentation, including session notes, supervision logs, and data sheets for all clients under your supervision.
• Staff Development and Training:
  • Provide ongoing training, mentorship, and support to line technicians to enhance their skills and effectiveness in implementing treatment plans.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to ensure continuous improvement in client care.
• Crisis Intervention and Support:
  • Offer guidance and support during crisis situations, ensuring that all interventions maintain client safety and dignity.
  • Collaborate with other clinical staff to develop strategies for managing crises and transitions smoothly and effectively.
• Professional Development:
  • Participate in professional growth activities, including attending conferences, team meetings, and continuing education, to stay current with industry best 
    practices and maintain certification requirements.
• Collaborative Care:
  • Work closely with other BCBAs, clinical supervisors, and administrative staff to ensure that client care is cohesive, effective, and aligned with the clinic’s 
    standards.
  • Participate in Individual Education Program (IEP) meetings and other multidisciplinary team discussions as necessary.

Job Requirements:

• Certification and Education:
  • Must hold a minimum of a Master’s Degree in a discipline approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
  • Must be a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing, with no pending litigation or disciplinary actions.
  • Must maintain all requirements necessary to remain active and in good standing with the BACB.
• Experience and Skills:
  • Extensive experience in managing a larger caseload and providing high-quality, in-clinic supervision to line technicians.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with a focus on maintaining high standards of care and compliance.
  • Ability to effectively mentor, train, and support clinical staff in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Professional Liability Insurance:
  • Must carry professional liability insurance with a minimum limit of coverage of $1,000,000/$3,000,000.

Working Conditions:

• Caseload Management and Supervision:
  • This role requires managing a higher caseload of clients while providing direct supervision to line technicians within the clinic.
• In-Clinic Presence:
  • This position is primarily in-house, requiring a consistent presence in the clinic to oversee client care and supervise staff.
• Flexible Schedule:
  • Must be available to provide supervision during standard clinic hours, with flexibility for occasional evening or weekend sessions if required by client needs.
• Additional Responsibilities:
  • Accept and perform other duties as assigned by the Clinical Director or Chief Operations Officer, in alignment with the overall mission and goals of the organization.
