Description
Galliant is looking for passionate and highly skilled Clinical Director (BCBA) for our clinic!

Galliant provides ABA Therapy to children with Autism both in clinics and in-home throughout Texas and Nebraska, with a mission to help every person reach their full potential. We are actively seeking a leader who wants to join our community based work environment and use their extraordinary clinical judgment to provide optimal services to children.
What To Expect:
Assist with the growth and development of Galliant's services
Develop relationships with local providers
Launch and manage our clinic
Develop individualized behavior intervention programs based on the principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA).
Conduct all supervisory and program management responsibilities for families
Supervise, shadow and train tutors/aides/therapists / RBTs working directly with clients
Provide education and training to parents participating in the parent training model of service delivery
Maintain regular contact with families and staff at appropriate times
Ensure appropriate implementation and maintenance of individualized ABA programs
Develop, monitor, and analyze individualized data measurement systems for each intervention program.
Regularly update programming and treatment plans based on data based decisions.
Follow up at regular intervals with families and staff to ensure successful implementation of interventions and instructional programs
Help families prepare for school meetings (i.e. ETR, IEP) and attend these meeting with families when needed
Lead large group trainings covering topics related to autism spectrum disorders and behavior management strategies

Requirements
Who You Are:
Believes that effective ABA therapy is individualistic, customized and assent based
Master's Degree in Psychology, Special Education, Applied Behavior Analysis or related fields. PsyD's are encouraged to apply
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Previous clinic leadership experience required
Strong training and development skills and previous experience
Excellent understanding and utilization of ABA
Advanced knowledge of autism spectrum disorders (ASD)
Experience implementing a variety of standardized assessments, including but not limited to Vineland Behavior Scale, VB-MAPP, ABLLS, and EFL
Demonstrate ability to communicate with all stakeholders professionally
Enjoys collaborating with BCBAs and RBTs and helping guide them in effective care for the clients
