Founded in the United States of America in 2008, Early Autism Services (EAS) Australia
was established in Victoria and Queensland in 2019. EAS Australia is a rapidly growing disability
organisation that empowers autistic children and young people to live full and independent lives.
Our promise is to ensure that high-quality support services, respectful therapies and
educational strategies are available and tailored to each individual’s specific strengths
and differences.
We offer a multidisciplinary, strengths-based approach to support, including both
intensive and non-intensive intervention options. These services include but are not
limited to Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy,
and group programs.
Requirements
As a successful candidate, you will demonstrate the following:
The Senior Certified Behaviour Analyst will work effectively within a multidisciplinary
team, regularly initiating and engaging in collaborative practice with other disciplines to
deliver supports that ensure the best possible outcomes for clients, families and other
relevant stakeholders.
The Senior Certified Behaviour Analyst will be committed to the person and family-
centred practice and provide intervention programs that are neurodiversity-affirming and considerate of other factors, such as cultural diversity and other background
complexities.
The Senior Certified Behaviour Analyst will supervise and coach junior team members,
including those studying towards certification as a behaviour analyst. They will display
leadership characteristics and support EAS’s overall growth and development through
innovative contributions to organisation-wide projects and continuous improvement
initiatives.
The Senior Certified Behaviour Analyst will always act according to EAS’s core values.
Qualifications:
Certification by the Behaviour Analyst Certification Board.
A Master's degree in special education, psychology, or a related field, with
specialised knowledge of behavioural health and treatment philosophies and professional practises.
Minimum of two years experience working as a BCBA.
