We are hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst licensed in Arizona
The Behavior Analyst will serve as a leader of Kaibab, overseeing the daily clinical operations and ensuring effective and efficient treatment is provided to Kaibab's ABA clients. The Behavior Analyst will work closely with the Owner and Co-Owner to maximize clinic capacity to ensure minimum wait list times for potential new clients. The Behavior Analyst will also oversee all clinical plans, implementation of applied behavior analysis programs, and staff training on clinical practices. The Behavior Analyst will work with a team of BCBAs, Administrative staff, Registered Behavioral Technicians, and ABA Therapists to provide a range of applied behavior analytic (ABA) assessment and clinical services for our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct FBAs, treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, discharge summaries, and review assessments/ reports written by lead behavior technicians.
- Oversee the training of behavior technicians and other staff to appropriately and successfully apply the principles of behavior through the application of positive behavior intervention techniques.
- Ensure clinical integrity of behavior technicians of Applied Behavior Analysis.
- Review clinical data and ensure clinical progress and treatment effectiveness for assigned clients.
- Oversee clinical integrity within each Applied Behavior Analysis program, including reviewing programs, analyzing data, and implementing programs for assigned clients.
- Oversee clinical utilization for assigned clients by collaborating with the clinical director.
- Supervise assigned individuals seeking BCBA independent fieldwork hours.
- Ensure the assigned clients have adequate teaching materials, supplies, and equipment (to be paid by employer as funds allow).
- Administer, conduct, evaluate, and supervise the implementation of behavioral assessment measures (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.) and functional assessment measures
- Ensure appropriate behavioral data systems are implemented such that quantifiable behavioral data is collected at regular intervals to allow for the continual evaluation of behavior plans and the achievement of individual goals and objectives
- Train behavior technicians on the proper implementation of clinical behavior programs and plans, data collection systems, and all necessary monitoring and reporting systems
- Conduct regular caregiver and/or teacher training and consultation
- Meet regularly with the clinical director and notify her immediately of issues impacting the client’s progress and satisfaction
- Complete all necessary documentation in a timely and satisfactory manner
- Maintain billable caseload and document a minimum of 20 billable hours/ week
- Participate in professional meetings or conferences for continuing education
- Adhere to the mission, vision, and values of Kaibab
- Will give a 30-day notice prior to termination of employment

Requirements
- BCBA certification in good standing
- Licensed as a behavior analyst in Arizona in good standing*
- Meets requirements of the BACB to supervise
- Experience includes conducting/supervising both comprehensive and focused services in home and community settings
- Credentialed with AHCCCS health plans*
