The Abacus Team is a BCBA-owned ABA company seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Remote Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality ABA services via telehealth while maintaining a flexible schedule and strong work-life balance.

We are looking for a clinician who values ethical, evidence-based practice and enjoys collaborating with families and behavior technicians to create meaningful outcomes for clients.

Position Details

• 100% Remote Telehealth Role
• Part-Time Position
• Evening hours required (EST)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral and functional assessments via telehealth
• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans
• Provide clinical supervision and support to RBTs/BTs remotely
• Review behavioral data and adjust treatment programming as needed
• Provide caregiver training and parent coaching through telehealth sessions
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation
• Ensure services align with ethical and evidence-based ABA practices

Required Qualifications

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
• Active New Jersey LBA or eligibility to obtain licensure
• Experience supervising RBTs preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and leadership skills
• Reliable high-speed internet and professional home office setup
• Availability during EST hours (evening availability required)
