What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
- Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours within a 40-hour workweek
- (Non-billable work such as treatment planning, documentation, and meetings may be completed remotely and billable hours are not tied to pay)
- Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
- Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
- Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
- Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality—both in person and virtually—to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
- Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
Requirements
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
State Licensure where required
ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
