Description
At INSPIRE Autism, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and shine — and every team member deserves a workplace that inspires joy, balance, and purpose. You'll be surrounded by a collaborative team of BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students who are as passionate as you are about making a difference.
We also offer a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your well-being and growth:
- 401(k)
- Dental insurance
- Flexible schedule
- Health insurance
- Paid time off
- Vision insurance
If you're eager to learn, grow, and end each day knowing you've made an impact — this is the place to be.

- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality of client information.
At Inspire Autism, we believe every child deserves the chance to learn, grow, and shine — and every team member deserves a workplace that inspires joy, balance, and purpose! We're a center-based ABA agency providing Applied Behavior Analysis, Speech, and Occupational Therapy for children on the autism spectrum in an early intervention center.
Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with daytime hours only — no evenings or weekends! Our clinics are collaborative, upbeat spaces where BCBAs, RBTs, and practicum students work side-by-side, sharing ideas and celebrating successes. We invest in growth through mentorship, training, and a positive, team-focused environment.
