Behavior Analyst – BCBA

The NeuroRestorative Pediatric Academy Clearwater is a neurobehavioral inpatient residential treatment facility serving children and adolescents with developmental disabilities and severe behavior disorders.
Work with individuals ages 8-17 with a wide range of behavioral needs and disabilities
Campus setting so all your clients live in one place and attend school there.
Gain experience working with a full clinical team: BCBA-D, BCBA, PT, OT, SLP, LMHC, Special Ed Teachers, RNs, Psychiatrist, and Pediatrician.
No billing or minimum billable hours requirements—spend time with the clients who need it most

Position reports to Clinical Director (BCBA-D)
Responsibilities:
Conduct functional behavior assessments.
Develop and implement behavior analysis service plans.
Create individualized treatment plans to help each individual we serve improve.
Use training and creativity to explore ways to handle challenging problems for our individuals in home settings, workplaces, and the community.
Train team members to reinforce implementation of behavioral plans.
Provide training and supervision for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT)
Requirements
Master's Degree in psychology, education, or related field
Active BCBA board certification required
Valid driver’s license, current registration, and insurance.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines.
A reliable, responsible, and compassionate approach.
A commitment to quality in everything you do.
