Description
Conduct functional behavior assessments, skills assessments, and other evaluations as needed
Develop, implement, and monitor individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
Analyze client data regularly and adjust treatment goals and interventions based on progress
Provide ongoing supervision, training, and support to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), behavior technicians, and other staff
Train and collaborate with parents, caregivers, and team members to promote consistency across settings
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation in accordance with organizational, payer, and BACB standards
Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and contribute to client care planning
Ensure services are delivered in an ethical and clinically appropriate manner
Stay current on best practices, regulatory requirements, and developments in the field of ABA
50-60% of work-week in person required
Requirements
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Required degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Active and unrestricted state licensure/certification
Experience developing and overseeing ABA treatment programs
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Ability to build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
Proficiency with data collection, analysis, and electronic documentation systems
