Naples Potty Pro is a premium potty training consulting company serving families across Southwest Florida. We specialize in intensive and rapid potty training programs designed to help toddlers achieve success through proven behavioral principles and structured support. Our approach includes tailored plans for both neurotypical and neurodivergent children, ensuring positive outcomes for every family.
We are seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to design individualized potty training behavior plans and train our Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and consultants on implementation. This position is part-time and primarily remote, with the potential to attend occasional in-person meetings or training sessions at Naples Potty Pro’s office when necessary.

- Develop customized, behavior-based potty training plans grounded in ABA principles.
- Design reinforcement systems and troubleshooting methods for consistent, measurable results.
- Create specialized strategies for neurodivergent children who require
individualized support.
- Train and supervise RBTs/consultants, ensuring fidelity and quality of program delivery.
- Provide remote consultation and guidance to the team during active client cases.
- Review consultant feedback, update plans as needed, and ensure ongoing program success.
- Maintain professional records and adhere to Naples Potty Pro’s quality standards.
- Must be a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in ABA
- Experience with toilet training / intensive potty training preferred
- Must be comfortable designing rapid potty-training behavior plans
- Ability to guide ABA/RBT staff
- Must be reliable, professional, and good with families
- Must pass a background check
- Must have an active FL or national BCBA license/certification
- Must be available 4–6 hours per week (your need)
- Must be able to create individualized training plans
