Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Job Location: We are hiring for clients located in Houston, San Antonio and Dallas, TX!
We are looking for talented BCBAs and BCaBAs to join us. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Under the direct supervision of the Houston In Home Director, the BCBA is responsible for coordinating and providing program services to clients.

BCBAs will complete assessments and develop individual of Behavior Plans
BCBAs supervise RBT teams to ensure high quality clinical delivery
Staff Training and Treatment Planning
Measure and progress report writing
BCBAs will meet Best Practice Standards as stated by professional standards
Work with Interdisciplinary Team Members to ensure continuity of care
BCBA will develop and write transition and discharge plans
Ability to write complex behavior support plans and communicate intervention techniques and strategies to direct care staff and/or families
BCBAs will work cooperatively with others and is well-organized
Analytical Skills: Ability to collect and graph behavioral data for assessments and interventions
Maintain compliance with all agency policies and procedures

Hold current BCBA and State Licensure
Completion of a master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education or related field
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Two years of experience as a BCBA or BCaBA
Fluency in practice management system (Central Reach preferred)
